Kitchen includes an open granite breakfast bar with stainless steel appliances, dual wall ovens, gas cooktop island, & custom wet bar. Granite vanities, a jetted tub, & a wrap-around shower encompass the owner's retreat. Enjoy the pool, spa, grassy backyard & outdoor lounging! Min 30 day stay. Utilities excluded.
The space:
The house is located in a quiet, family-centered community that prohibits loud noises and parties. It can be rented only to one family at a time per HOA regulations. Utilities are guests’ responsibility. A $1000 damage deposit is collected prior to arrival.
